Lead design and delivery of ServiceNow ITOM solutions, including CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping and CSDM, while guiding a development team and ensuring best‑practice implementation for enterprise clients.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and implement end‑to‑end ServiceNow ITOM solutions such as CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and CSDM.
- Lead a team of developers, providing technical direction, code reviews, and mentorship throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with enterprise architects and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow configurations and integrations.
- Develop custom scripts, UI policies, and REST integrations using JavaScript and ServiceNow APIs to extend platform functionality.
- Establish and enforce best‑practice standards, governance, and quality controls for all ServiceNow deliverables.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on ServiceNow development experience, with a focus on ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, and REST/SOAP integrations.
- Proven experience leading technical teams and delivering complex, enterprise‑scale ServiceNow projects.
- Deep understanding of CSDM principles and best practices for data modeling and governance.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
