Servicenow Technical Architect - Mobile Telecommunications company

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver end‑to‑end ServiceNow ITSM solutions, ensuring alignment with ITIL best practices and business requirements.
• Design and implement CMDB data models, data quality rules, and integration flows with external systems via REST, SOAP, and middleware.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define functional specifications, develop technical design documents, and guide development teams.
• Lead configuration, testing, and deployment activities, ensuring high availability and performance of ServiceNow instances.
• Provide post‑go‑live support, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve processes and automation.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow ITSM/CMDB architect with a strong integration background.
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow platform, including scripting (JavaScript), workflow, and integration patterns.
• Hands‑on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and data migration tools.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
