About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a cross‑functional ServiceNow team to design, develop, and deploy IT service management solutions.
- Own the full SDLC for ServiceNow enhancements, including requirement gathering, architecture, coding, testing, and production release.
- Drive continuous improvement of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Release) and implement automation using JavaScript, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications and prioritize backlog items.
- Ensure high quality deliverables through code reviews, performance tuning, and adherence to security and compliance standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of ServiceNow development and administration experience, with proven leadership in a team setting.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, and integration patterns (REST, SOAP).
- Hands‑on experience with ITIL processes and Agile project management.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer, Certified System Administrator) are a plus.
