Lead end‑to‑end ServiceNow architecture, designing scalable, cloud‑native solutions that align with ITIL best practices and drive digital transformation for enterprise clients.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions that meet business and technical requirements across multiple domains.
- Lead architecture workshops, gather stakeholder needs, and translate them into robust technical designs.
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems (CRM, ERP, cloud services) using APIs, web services, and middleware.
- Ensure solutions adhere to ITIL processes, security standards, and compliance guidelines.
- Mentor and coach development teams on best practices, coding standards, and deployment strategies.
- Collaborate with DevOps to automate CI/CD pipelines and streamline release management.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience architecting and delivering ServiceNow projects in enterprise environments.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL v4, ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HR Service Delivery, CSM), and integration patterns.
- Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and related services.
- Proficiency in scripting (JavaScript, PowerShell, Python) and database design (SQL, NoSQL).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
