Design and lead end‑to‑end ServiceNow implementations focusing on ITOM, CMDB, and ITSM modules, while driving integration, automation, and cloud management solutions.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver comprehensive ServiceNow ITOM solutions, including Event Management, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Cloud Management.
- Design, configure, and customize CMDB structures, patterns, discovery schedules, probes, sensors, and event rules to meet enterprise data models.
- Implement ITSM/ITIL processes such as Incident, Problem, and Change Management, ensuring alignment with best practices.
- Integrate ServiceNow with external CMDB and monitoring tools, creating seamless data flows and automation.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience implementing ServiceNow ITOM and ITSM modules.
- Deep knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB design, architecture, and CSDM concepts.
- Proven expertise in integrating ServiceNow with third‑party CMDB and monitoring platforms.
- Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and ability to translate them into ServiceNow configurations.
- Experience with cloud management and orchestration tools within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
