Lead the technical vision for a complex ServiceNow implementation, setting standards, governing platform use, and guiding a high‑performing team through customizations and integrations to deliver enterprise‑grade solutions.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and enforce solution architecture, technical standards, and governance for the ServiceNow platform.
- Assess existing customizations, integrations, and architectural decisions during onboarding to recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Lead a development team, providing technical direction, code reviews, and best‑practice coaching.
- Ensure all enhancements align with ServiceNow best practices and enterprise security policies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of ServiceNow architecture and implementation experience.
- Deep knowledge of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HR, CSM) and integration patterns.
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to mentor and guide development teams.
- Experience with Agile delivery and continuous improvement practices.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and technical documentation.
