About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy ServiceNow applications using ServiceNow Studio, JavaScript, and Flow Designer.
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems via IntegrationHub, REST, and SOAP APIs.
- Implement IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) modules to streamline client processes.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure high‑quality deliverables.
- Perform code reviews, unit testing, and performance tuning to maintain application stability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting.
- Experience with IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, and building custom integrations.
- Solid understanding of ITSM and ITOM best practices.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
