About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow applications, ensuring alignment with client business processes.
- Configure and extend ITSM and ITOM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
- Write and maintain JavaScript, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub scripts to automate workflows and integrate with external systems.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and deliver technical solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to ensure high availability and optimal performance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong knowledge of ITSM and ITOM modules, including best practices and industry standards.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, data modeling, and performance optimization.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, client‑facing environment.
