About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end‑to‑end ServiceNow solutions that align with business objectives and technical standards.
- Lead integration efforts with cloud services (AWS, Azure) and third‑party applications using REST, SOAP, and middleware.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define functional and non‑functional requirements, ensuring adherence to ITIL best practices.
- Guide and mentor development teams, reviewing code, design documents, and deployment plans.
- Drive continuous improvement of processes, performance, and security across the ServiceNow platform.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture and implementation.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL, BPM, and cloud integration patterns.
- Proven ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect) are a plus.
