Software Engineer
Senior ServiceNow Developer responsible for designing, building, and maintaining enterprise IT service management solutions using ServiceNow, JavaScript, and REST APIs to deliver scalable workflows, integrations, and UI enhancements.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow solutions that support enterprise IT service management and platform capabilities.
- Build custom applications, workflows, integrations, UI components, business rules, client scripts, and automation within the ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate needs into technical solutions, and deliver scalable platform improvements.
- Support ServiceNow platform administration activities, including incident resolution, problem management, and performance tuning.
- Document solution designs, configurations, and best practices for future reference and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow developer or architect.
- Hands‑on experience with REST and SOAP integrations, ServiceNow Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
- Deep understanding of ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management) and ServiceNow modules.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills; ability to work in an Agile environment.
