About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business and technical requirements into scalable ServiceNow SecOps and Vulnerability Response workflows.
- Design, develop, and configure integrations between ServiceNow and external security tools using REST APIs and scripting.
- Create custom dashboards and reports to provide actionable security insights for clients.
- Enhance the ServiceNow platform with custom applications, UI policies, and business rules to meet client-specific needs.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members during solution delivery.
Requirements
- Hands‑on experience implementing ServiceNow SecOps, particularly Vulnerability Response modules.
- Strong knowledge of workflow automation, scripting (JavaScript), and REST API integrations.
- Proven ability to design and deliver dashboards and reporting solutions within ServiceNow.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work in fast‑paced, client‑focused environments.
- Effective communication skills to convey technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
