Product Manager
Lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of enterprise ServiceNow capabilities, partnering with business and technical teams to design scalable, user‑centered solutions that automate workflows and drive operational efficiency.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for one or more ServiceNow platform capabilities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to translate requirements into scalable, user‑focused solutions.
- Prioritize features and enhancements using Agile methodologies, ensuring alignment with enterprise transformation goals.
- Drive adoption and continuous improvement by measuring value, gathering feedback, and iterating on releases.
- Facilitate sprint planning, grooming, and review sessions, acting as the primary liaison between technical teams and end users.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role on the ServiceNow platform.
- Strong understanding of ITSM processes, workflow automation, and cloud‑based service delivery.
- Proven ability to manage product backlogs, prioritize work, and deliver incremental value in an Agile environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with a track record of influencing cross‑functional teams.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Certified Product Owner) are a plus.
