About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive the enterprise architecture vision for the ServiceNow platform and related technology domains.
- Architect end‑to‑end solutions that integrate cloud services, AI, IoT, blockchain, and edge computing to meet business outcomes.
- Collaborate with business leaders and technical teams to translate strategic goals into actionable roadmaps and reference architectures.
- Establish governance, standards, and best practices for domain design, ensuring alignment with security, scalability, and performance requirements.
- Mentor and guide architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience designing and implementing large‑scale ServiceNow solutions and enterprise architecture frameworks.
- Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, blockchain, and edge computing.
- Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams, influence stakeholders, and deliver strategic architecture artifacts.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with a track record of translating complex technical concepts into business value.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, TOGAF, cloud certifications) are preferred.
