About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day ServiceNow operations, including incident, change, and problem tickets, ensuring SLA compliance.
- Configure and maintain ServiceNow modules (CMDB, Discovery, Service Catalog) and develop custom workflows using JavaScript and PowerShell.
- Collaborate with cloud teams to integrate ServiceNow with AWS/Azure services, automating provisioning and monitoring.
- Implement ITIL processes, conduct root‑cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide end‑user support, training, and documentation for ServiceNow features and best practices.
Requirements
- 3+ years of ServiceNow administration/operations experience.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL v3/v4 frameworks and change management.
- Hands‑on scripting in JavaScript and PowerShell; experience with REST APIs.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and integration tools.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, problem‑solving mindset.
