ServiceNow Nuvolo Integration Engineer - Accenture Federal Services

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and implement end‑to‑end integrations between ServiceNow and Nuvolo, ensuring data consistency and performance.
• Develop and maintain custom REST API connectors, scripts, and workflows using JavaScript and ServiceNow Studio.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
• Conduct unit, integration, and user acceptance testing; troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
• Document integration designs, configurations, and best practices for future reference.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience integrating ServiceNow with third‑party platforms.
• Hands‑on experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and authentication mechanisms.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a focus on delivering secure, scalable solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, federal‑government environment.
