About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end‑to‑end ServiceNow solutions (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HR) for enterprise‑wide initiatives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, shaping platform strategy, roadmap, and governance.
- Lead multi‑disciplinary delivery teams, ensuring high‑quality delivery, adherence to timelines, and risk mitigation.
- Design integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP, and middleware, ensuring data integrity and performance.
- Establish best practices, coding standards, and reusable components; mentor junior architects and developers.
- Drive continuous improvement by evaluating emerging ServiceNow features and cloud technologies.
Requirements
- 8+ years of hands‑on ServiceNow experience with at least 3 years in an architect or lead role.
- Deep expertise in ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB) and platform scripting (JavaScript, Flow Designer).
- Proven experience designing complex integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server) and cloud deployments.
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery frameworks and ability to lead large transformation programs.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with a track record of influencing executive decisions.
