Experienced ServiceNow ITOM Engineer (4‑6 years) skilled in implementing, configuring, and supporting IT Operations Management modules such as Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Cloud Management.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and deploy ServiceNow ITOM solutions across Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Cloud Management modules.
- Perform end‑to‑end discovery of infrastructure assets, validate data quality, and maintain accurate CMDB records.
- Integrate ITOM processes with other ITSM workflows, ensuring seamless incident, problem, and change management.
- Monitor and troubleshoot ITOM events, create alerts, and drive root‑cause analysis to improve service reliability.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and deliver documentation.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of hands‑on experience with ServiceNow ITOM modules.
- Proficiency in Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Cloud Management within ServiceNow.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components (servers, network devices, cloud services) and CMDB best practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and deliver high‑quality solutions on schedule.
