Lead end‑to‑end IT asset lifecycle management on ServiceNow, driving automation, reconciliation, and audit readiness for hardware and software assets.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow ITAM modules for software and hardware asset tracking.
- Automate asset discovery, reconciliation, and lifecycle workflows using ServiceNow Studio and Flow Designer.
- Ensure compliance with licensing, audit requirements, and internal policies through regular reporting and process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate ITAM data with other ServiceNow applications (CMDB, Discovery, CMDB).
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and training for end users and stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience in ServiceNow ITAM (SAM/HAM).
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs) and workflow design.
- Proven track record of automating asset processes and improving audit readiness.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
