Senior ServiceNow HRSD Developer to design, configure, and maintain HR Service Delivery solutions, automating HR processes and enhancing employee experience using ServiceNow’s HR modules and custom workflows.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow HRSD applications and solutions.
- Implement and support HR Service Delivery modules, workflows, and case management processes.
- Configure and customize HR Lifecycle Events, Employee Service Center, and HR Catalogs.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders, business analysts, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable, secure HR solutions.
- Integrate HRSD with external systems (e.g., SAP, Workday) using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization for HRSD applications.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow HRSD development.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform, HRSD modules, and scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript).
- Experience with workflow design, case management, and HR lifecycle events.
- Familiarity with integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, and data migration.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a cross‑functional team.
