Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, driving enterprise architecture, ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB initiatives across complex environments.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee end‑to‑end ServiceNow implementations, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.
- Lead design of ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Asset Management modules.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define governance, security, and integration standards.
- Provide technical guidance to development and operations teams, ensuring best practices and high quality deliverables.
- Evaluate and recommend platform enhancements, integrations, and automation opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- 12+ years of IT experience, with 5+ years focused on ServiceNow architecture.
- Deep expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture and administration.
- Hands‑on experience with ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Asset Management.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture principles and best practices.
