- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical designs, prioritising scalability and security.
- Oversee code reviews, performance tuning, and continuous improvement of development processes.
- Drive knowledge sharing and best‑practice adoption across the ServiceNow practice.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow technical team lead or senior architect.
- Deep expertise in ServiceNow platform modules, scripting, and integration patterns.
- Strong background in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and AI/ML integration.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, client‑facing environment.
