ServiceNow Engineer responsible for designing, building, and maintaining secure, scalable ServiceNow platforms, automating workflows, and supporting Windows server environments within a cross‑functional team.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain custom ServiceNow modules and applications using JavaScript.
- Automate platform provisioning, configuration, and monitoring to ensure high availability and performance.
- Manage and support Windows Server environments, applying security patches and upgrades.
- Integrate ServiceNow with cloud services and on‑premise systems to streamline data flow.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define requirements, troubleshoot incidents, and implement best‑practice engineering solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience developing and customizing ServiceNow solutions.
- Strong scripting skills in JavaScript and familiarity with ServiceNow APIs.
- Hands‑on experience with Windows Server administration and security hardening.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and infrastructure‑as‑code concepts.
- Understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and automation best practices.
