Develop and customize ServiceNow solutions, integrating workflows, APIs, and UI components to support enterprise ITSM and digital workplace initiatives.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications, modules, and integrations aligned with business requirements.
- Implement and maintain custom scripts, UI policies, client scripts, and Flow Designer workflows.
- Build and consume REST/SOAP APIs to integrate ServiceNow with external systems and platforms.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver high‑quality releases and continuous improvements.
- Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure performance, security, and compliance of ServiceNow instances.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience developing on the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM modules.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting (Server‑side and Client‑side).
- Experience with REST/SOAP API integration and data transformation.
- Strong understanding of Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and ServiceNow best practices.
- Ability to work in Agile teams, communicate technical concepts clearly, and deliver solutions on schedule.
