Servicenow Developer
Design, develop, and maintain modular ServiceNow solutions leveraging AI‑assisted tools, automation, and best‑practice development to support ITSM and CSM initiatives while collaborating with architects and business stakeholders.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build reusable ServiceNow applications and integrations across ITSM, CSM, and related modules.
- Leverage ServiceNow AI capabilities, automation tooling, and agentic AI products to accelerate delivery and improve solution quality.
- Collaborate with platform owners, architects, administrators, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure scalable, secure implementations.
- Develop and maintain server‑side scripts, client scripts, UI policies, and Flow Designer workflows using JavaScript and REST APIs.
- Perform ongoing configuration, updates, and performance tuning of ServiceNow instances to meet evolving business needs.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands‑on ServiceNow development experience, including ITSM and CSM modules.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies) and Flow Designer.
- Experience integrating AI‑assisted development tools and automation frameworks within the ServiceNow platform.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
