About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy custom ServiceNow applications, modules, and integrations aligned with business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, define data models, and create technical specifications.
- Implement server‑side and client‑side JavaScript, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub solutions to automate processes and enable seamless data exchange.
- Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow instances, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high performance and security compliance.
- Apply ITIL best practices for incident, problem, and change management within the ServiceNow environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience developing on the ServiceNow platform, including scripting, workflow, and integration capabilities.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, RESTful APIs, and ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Change, and Service Catalog.
- TS/SCI clearance (or ability to obtain) and familiarity with security protocols for handling classified information.
- ITIL certification or demonstrated understanding of IT service management processes.
- Experience working in Agile development environments and collaborating with distributed teams.
