About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain custom ServiceNow applications using the Now Platform.
- Implement front‑end and back‑end components, ensuring seamless integration with existing modules.
- Create interactive dashboards and generate reports from ServiceNow data to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with business analysts, QA, and fellow developers in an agile environment.
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience developing on the ServiceNow platform, including scripting and UI customization.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow’s Flow Designer.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and collaborative tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Effective communication skills for remote teamwork and stakeholder engagement.
