About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, document, and maintain ITAM (SAM & HAM) processes, workflows, and automation solutions within ServiceNow.
- Manage software license compliance, identify optimization opportunities, and lead reclamation initiatives.
- Monitor asset lifecycle KPIs, generate detailed reports, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance ServiceNow ITAM capabilities and integrate with other enterprise systems.
- Ensure documentation, best practices, and continuous improvement of ITAM processes.
Requirements
- 2–6 years of hands‑on experience as a ServiceNow ITAM Developer.
- Strong knowledge of Software Asset Management (SAM) and Hardware Asset Management (HAM) concepts.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow platform, including scripting, workflow design, and integration.
- Experience with license compliance, optimization, and reporting.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
