Servicenow Developer
Develop and customize ServiceNow solutions, integrating APIs and building workflows to support unified commerce platforms, while collaborating with cross‑functional teams in an Agile environment.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications, modules, and integrations to support retail and restaurant commerce workflows.
- Build custom scripts, UI policies, and client‑side components using JavaScript and ServiceNow best practices.
- Create and maintain REST/SOAP integrations between ServiceNow and external payment, inventory, and POS systems.
- Develop automated workflows with Flow Designer and orchestrate ITSM processes such as Incident, Change, and Request Management.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, provide technical estimates, and deliver incremental releases in sprints.
- Perform unit testing, code reviews, and support production deployments, ensuring high availability and performance.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience developing on the ServiceNow platform, including custom applications and integrations.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions) and REST API consumption.
- Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and ServiceNow modules (Incident, Change, Service Catalog).
- Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Agile development methodologies.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
