Develop and enhance ServiceNow HRSD solutions, translating business needs into technical designs, configuring case management, employee service center, and knowledge management features, while collaborating with analysts and architects to deliver best‑practice implementations.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into technical designs for ServiceNow HRSD applications.
- Configure and extend ServiceNow modules, focusing on case management, employee service center, and knowledge management.
- Develop and maintain workflows, scripts, and UI policies to support HR processes.
- Collaborate with business analysts, senior developers, and architects to ensure solutions meet functional and platform standards.
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience developing ServiceNow HRSD solutions.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform, including scripting (JavaScript), workflow, and UI customization.
- Experience with HRSD modules: case management, employee service center, knowledge management.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
