About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and customizations to support ITSM processes.
- Implement client-side and server-side scripts using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems via REST and SOAP APIs.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand‑ups, and retrospectives.
Requirements
- Proven experience developing on the ServiceNow platform.
- Experience with ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Knowledge Management.
- Familiarity with Agile development practices.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
