Senior ServiceNow Developer with 3+ years of experience building and extending ITSM solutions using JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and REST APIs in an Agile environment for telecom operations.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications, including custom modules, workflows, and UI components.
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems via REST and SOAP APIs to support 24/7 network operations.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Implement and enforce coding standards, perform code reviews, and ensure high quality deliverables.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, provide estimates, and deliver incremental value in short sprints.
Requirements
- 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience in a telecom or large enterprise environment.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting (Client, Server, UI Policies).
- Hands‑on experience building RESTful integrations and working with ServiceNow APIs.
- Solid understanding of ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote/hybrid setting.
