Servicenow Developer
ServiceNow Developer on a 6‑month contract, driving platform stability, incident/problem resolution, and continuous improvement using ITSM best practices and JavaScript scripting to enhance Service Catalog and REST integrations.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and optimize the ServiceNow platform to ensure high availability and performance.
- Lead incident, problem, and change management processes, providing timely resolution and root‑cause analysis.
- Develop and enhance Service Catalog items, workflows, and business rules using JavaScript.
- Design and implement REST and SOAP integrations with external systems to streamline data flow.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored ITSM solutions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands‑on ServiceNow development and administration experience.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL processes, especially Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting APIs.
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and data mapping.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
