Servicenow Developer
Senior ServiceNow Developer with active SC clearance, designing and implementing secure ServiceNow solutions for public sector clients using JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and REST APIs within an Agile environment.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy ServiceNow applications and customizations across ITSM, ITOM, and other modules.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Implement secure, scalable integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Write clean, maintainable JavaScript, HTML, and CSS code for client-side and server-side logic.
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and performance tuning.
- Maintain documentation and provide support for production incidents.
Requirements
- Active Security Check (SC) clearance.
- 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and ServiceNow scripting.
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and ITSM/ITOM modules.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development practices.
