Senior ServiceNow developer focused on AIOps, responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining event management, health log analytics, and metric intelligence solutions with machine learning capabilities.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy ServiceNow AIOps modules, including Event Management, Health Log Analytics (HLA), and Metric Intelligence (MI).
- Implement and configure Agent Client Collector for real‑time data ingestion and monitoring.
- Integrate machine learning models to detect anomalies and predict incidents across the platform.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define requirements, create technical specifications, and ensure seamless integration with existing ITSM processes.
- Perform troubleshooting, performance tuning, and continuous improvement of AIOps workflows.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow developer with a strong focus on AIOps.
- Proficient in ServiceNow platform, including scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript), workflow design, and integration patterns.
- Hands‑on experience with Event Management, Health Log Analytics, Metric Intelligence, and Agent Client Collector.
- Solid understanding of machine learning concepts and experience applying ML models within ServiceNow.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, strong communication, and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
