About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect end‑to‑end ServiceNow CSM and Telecom Order Management solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
- Lead design workshops, gather requirements, and translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain advanced ServiceNow scripts (JavaScript, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub) to extend platform capabilities.
- Integrate ServiceNow with external telecom systems (e.g., billing, provisioning, CRM) using REST, SOAP, and middleware.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to development teams, ensuring best practices and code quality.
- Conduct performance tuning, troubleshoot complex issues, and optimize solution architecture.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture, with deep expertise in CSM and Telecom Order Management.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering large‑scale, multi‑tenant ServiceNow implementations.
- Strong scripting skills in JavaScript, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
- Experience with enterprise integrations (REST, SOAP, middleware) and telecom domain knowledge.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving abilities.
