Senior ServiceNow Consultant with 4‑5 years of scripting experience, specializing in HR Service Delivery and ITSM modules, PowerShell automation, and Flow Designer development for HR case management and employee portals.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy custom ServiceNow applications for HR modules such as Case Management, HR Administration, Knowledge Base, and Employee Service Center.
- Create and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and analytics to monitor case resolution and employee satisfaction.
- Implement and enhance HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and IT Service Management (ITSM) processes within ServiceNow.
- Develop server‑side and client‑side scripts, leveraging Flow Designer and PowerShell for automation and integration.
- Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure seamless change management.
Requirements
- 4–5 years of hands‑on ServiceNow scripting experience, including Flow Designer, server‑side, and client‑side scripting.
- Proven expertise in HRSD and ITSM modules on the ServiceNow platform.
- Strong PowerShell coding skills for automation and integration tasks.
- Experience building HR dashboards, reports, and employee satisfaction monitoring tools.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities and communication skills to work with cross‑functional teams.
