Software Engineer
Senior ServiceNow Consultant with expertise in ITIL processes, JavaScript scripting, and cloud integration, responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions in highly secure environments.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Asset Management.
- Implement custom JavaScript, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub flows to extend platform functionality.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, create functional specifications, and deliver solutions that align with ITIL best practices.
- Perform system administration tasks such as user management, role configuration, and security controls.
- Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement recommendations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of ServiceNow consulting experience in enterprise environments.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL v4 and proven ability to map processes to ServiceNow.
- Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST/SOAP integrations.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and ServiceNow Cloud modules.
- Top Secret SCI clearance with polygraph clearance required.
