Lead end‑to‑end ServiceNow CMDB architecture, designing scalable solutions, ensuring data quality, automating processes, and integrating enterprise services across ITSM, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement end‑to‑end ServiceNow CMDB solutions, including CSDM, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
- Architect scalable ServiceNow environments that support ITSM Pro and enterprise integrations.
- Ensure CMDB data quality, governance, and automation through best practices and tooling.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define integration requirements and deliver seamless data flows.
- Lead technical workshops, provide mentorship, and drive continuous improvement of ServiceNow architecture.
Requirements
- 10+ years of IT experience with 7–9 years in ServiceNow architecture.
- Deep expertise in CMDB (CSDM), Discovery, Service Mapping, and ITSM Pro implementation.
- Strong knowledge of integration design, automation, and data governance.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven track record of delivering large‑scale ServiceNow projects.
