About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, document, and prioritize business requirements for ServiceNow implementations.
- Design, configure, and test ServiceNow workflows, forms, and integrations to improve agency service delivery.
- Facilitate process‑mapping sessions and recommend enhancements that increase efficiency and data quality.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and end users, ensuring clear communication and successful adoption of solutions.
- Support change management activities, including training, documentation, and post‑implementation support.
Requirements
- Proven experience with ServiceNow platform configuration and administration.
- Strong business analysis skills, including requirements elicitation, documentation, and process modeling.
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies and ability to work in iterative development cycles.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
