About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with government stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for ServiceNow implementations.
- Translate high‑level business needs into detailed, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams.
- Design and document process flows, data models, and integration points to ensure alignment with ServiceNow capabilities.
- Validate solutions through testing, user acceptance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with FedRAMP and other regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Business Analyst in a public‑sector or regulated environment.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules, architecture, and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, able to bridge technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Experience with requirements management tools and agile development methodologies.
- Understanding of FedRAMP compliance and security controls.
