We are seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will analyze and improve business processes, develop and implement process improvements, and provide technical expertise in IT Service Management. The ideal candidate will have experience with ServiceNow, business analysis, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve business processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
• Develop and implement process improvements using ServiceNow

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis and process improvement
• Experience with ServiceNow and IT Service Management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
