About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee end‑to‑end ServiceNow implementations, ensuring alignment with enterprise IT strategy and governance.
- Design scalable, secure integrations between ServiceNow and external systems (HR, finance, security) using REST, SOAP, and middleware.
- Lead configuration, customization, and performance tuning of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HR Service Delivery).
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions, documenting architecture diagrams and design specifications.
- Provide technical guidance to development and operations teams, ensuring adherence to coding standards, security policies, and ITIL processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience architecting ServiceNow solutions in a large enterprise environment.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL, ITSM, and ITOM best practices.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs) and integration patterns.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and related services.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
