Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, driving architecture, integration, and automation across ITSM and ITOM domains using JavaScript and best practices.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and design end‑to‑end ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.
- Lead integration efforts with external systems (HR, CMDB, monitoring tools) using REST, SOAP, and custom scripts.
- Develop and maintain custom applications, workflows, and UI components using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow Studio.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define data models, security, and governance policies.
- Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to development staff.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience architecting and implementing ServiceNow solutions.
- Strong knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM modules.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, and integration patterns.
- Experience with Agile development and DevOps practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
