About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver end‑to‑end ServiceNow solutions that meet business and technical requirements.
- Design and maintain a robust CMDB, ensuring data integrity and alignment with ITIL processes.
- Develop and integrate REST APIs to connect ServiceNow with external systems and services.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine ITSM processes, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development and support teams.
Requirements
- 7–9 years of experience in ServiceNow architecture and implementation.
- Deep knowledge of ITSM, CMDB, and ITIL frameworks.
- Proficiency in designing and consuming REST APIs within ServiceNow.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect) preferred.
