About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver end‑to‑end ServiceNow implementations, ensuring alignment with client business processes and ITIL standards.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate ServiceNow with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and other enterprise systems.
- Define and enforce governance, security, and compliance controls across the ServiceNow ecosystem.
- Lead solution design workshops, gather requirements, and translate them into scalable technical specifications.
- Mentor and coach development teams on best practices for ServiceNow development, testing, and deployment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience architecting ServiceNow solutions in a government or regulated environment.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL processes, cloud services, and integration patterns.
- Hands‑on experience with ServiceNow modules such as CMDB, ITSM, ITOM, and custom application development.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect, ITIL Foundation) preferred.
