Software Engineer
Lead the design and delivery of AI‑powered solutions on the ServiceNow platform, leveraging Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, AIOps and Generative AI to drive intelligent automation and predictive insights across ITSM, CSM and HRSD.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute a comprehensive AI architecture roadmap for ServiceNow, aligning with enterprise digital transformation goals.
- Design, develop, and deploy AI and Generative AI solutions using Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, Agent Assist, and AIOps.
- Integrate AI capabilities into IT Service Management (ITSM), Customer Service Management (CSM), HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and custom applications to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
- Establish governance, best practices, and performance monitoring for AI models and workflows on the ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions and provide technical mentorship.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience with ServiceNow, including deep knowledge of Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, and AIOps.
- Proven expertise in AI/ML concepts, model development, and deployment, preferably with Generative AI technologies.
- Strong background in ITSM, CSM or HRSD processes and their automation within ServiceNow.
- Experience designing enterprise‑scale architecture, governance frameworks, and performance monitoring for AI solutions.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
