Lead ServiceNow platform administration and support while developing custom applications. Leverage JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and SQL to extend functionality, automate processes, and integrate with enterprise systems. Requires strong ITIL knowledge and a valid security clearance.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Design, develop, and deploy custom applications and UI components using JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and ServiceNow Studio.
- Write and optimize SQL queries for reporting, data migration, and integration tasks.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, create functional specifications, and deliver solutions that align with ITIL best practices.
- Implement and manage integrations with external systems via REST, SOAP, and web services.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and documentation for ServiceNow users and administrators.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience administering and developing on the ServiceNow platform.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and experience applying them in a ServiceNow context.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Valid security clearance or ability to obtain one within 90 days.
