About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and configure ServiceNow modules (Incident, Change, Problem, CMDB) to ensure reliable IT service delivery.
- Develop custom applications, client scripts, UI policies, and business rules using JavaScript and Flow Designer.
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and maintain data synchronization.
- Support release management, testing, and documentation for new features and enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions while adhering to ITIL best practices.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands‑on experience administering ServiceNow platforms.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting (client/server side).
- Experience building workflows with Flow Designer and integrating systems via REST APIs.
- Understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow ITSM suite.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work in an agile, collaborative environment.
