About the role
Key Responsibilities
Lead the full lifecycle of service programs for mobile imaging solutions (MI, CT, MR, XP), from planning and deployment to maintenance and retirement.
Act as the primary technical subject matter expert, providing guidance on hardware, software, and integration challenges.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (engineering, sales, field service) to define service standards, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and performance metrics to ensure cost‑effective and high‑quality support.
Drive Agile practices within the program, facilitating sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
Requirements
10+ years of experience in technical program or project management within the medical imaging or healthcare IT sector.
Proven track record managing large, distributed service fleets and delivering on time and within budget.
Strong knowledge of mobile imaging technologies, service delivery models, and regulatory compliance.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
Certified PMP, Agile, or similar credentials preferred.
