About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architecture design and implementation for large‑scale ServiceNow initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards.
- Collaborate with executive stakeholders, platform owners, and technical teams to define roadmaps, governance frameworks, and integration strategies.
- Architect scalable, maintainable solutions across ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HR Service Delivery, etc.) and integrate with external systems using APIs, web services, and middleware.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring developers and architects throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct solution reviews, performance tuning, and post‑implementation support to maximize platform value.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Solution Architect or similar role.
- Deep expertise in ServiceNow architecture, modules, and best practices.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, cloud services, and governance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect) preferred.
